John had to get back home to go to work but since Jos and I had nowhere to be, we stayed in Cape Cod with John's parents for an extra week of vacation. The big plus of being a stay-at-home mom is vacations can last as long as I want :) My niece Fiora also stayed for the week so us girls, and Grandpa Z, had a great week together! The only bummer was Jos's luggage was lost for a couple days but it was eventually found (with everything in it!) and it gave me an excuse to buy her some super cute clothes. It could have been worse! We did all the usual things while we were there, swimming, the beach, Four Seas ice cream, lobster rolls and clam cakes from Captain Frosty's, Bass Hole, lots of reading time for me, shopping, and threw in a few new things too, like a super fun puppet show. It was a great way to end our 3 week vacation and I enjoyed that time to relax before heading back home!

Mom Z got us tickets to a puppet show and we all had no idea what to expect out of it. To get there, we had to drive on this small dirt road through the woods and we were wondering what crazy Gaga had gotten us into. My niece Fiora said she would die if anyone saw her there but once we got there it was the most adorable thing ever and we all enjoyed it!
The stage was set up in the woods and it was the most magical place for a puppet show.
A juggler started things off, and he was really good.
Then the puppets came out!
Jos wasn't sure what to think about it at first but she got really into it!
The woman handed out food or bones before the show to all the kids. Some fed things to the baby puppet.
Jos got a bone but when it came time to give it to the dog puppet, she had mommy do it.
She had 3 kids play the 3 little pigs.
"This is so much fun!"
Our super fun day didn't end there. We got home and Jos's bag was waiting for us on the front porch! She was so happy to see her blanket! After Jos's nap, we headed to the beach and then ended our day with dinner at Captain Frosty's. It was the perfect day!
