- when I ask her if she wants to bake something, she runs and gets her apron and play whisk. Loves to help me bake.
- started picking her nose, wonderful
- loves watching Pingu, Ebee's Adventures (starts dancing when the theme song music comes on) and Go Diego Go (calls it go go go)
- says "helpme" when she wants to help us with something
- noticed she started saying "kay" instead of "yeah", and then I realized how many times I say "kay" to her. This kid is like a sponge!
- tried getting her to go on the potty twice and she freaked out. She will sign potty but wants nothing to do with it.
- throwing more tantrums, complete with swinging her head back and forth and laying on the floor screaming
- impossible to run errands with her. A snack will keep her seated in the cart for a little bit but then she wants out.
- loves climbing on the kitchen chairs and hanging from the back of her high chair
- says "weee" for swing or when she wants us to swing her in the air
- got her first haircut (3/27), just a bang trim
- will repeat everything we say except for "I love you". She just stares at us when we ask her to say it.
- the instructor let her go underwater and she swam to me and she didn't cry for the first time when the instructor floated her on her back (3/30)
- first time dying eggs (3/31), loved throwing the eggs in the dye
- first egg hunt (4/3), she would have picked up eggs all day if I let her. Would open the egg up as soon as she picked it up. Only took small bites of chocolate and then put it away.
- working on only letting her use the pacifier at nap and bedtime, no more using it in the car either. She has done really good and will say "papa nigh nigh" when she sees her pacifier so she understands.
- learned how to turn the doorknobs and can open the interior doors and the garage door
- says something that sounds like "I jit cho" when playing chase with us, means I'll get you.
- lets us know when Abby needs to go outside. Goes to the back door and says "abby outsii", also calls "abby foo" when she helps daddy with Abby's dinner.
- loves her squeaky shoes and asks for them
- more affectionate lately, loves to give kisses, hugs (squeeze) and pats our backs or rubs them
- loves watching the garbage truck, runs to the window as soon as she hears it and says "bye bye" when it leaves
- says truck every time the ice cream truck drives by and she hears the music
- can point at and name her chin, ears, eyes, mouth, nose, chin, head, hands, elbow, belly button, knee and feet
- love when she says "wow"
- hard to get her to eat vegetables, used to only eat snap peas and won't eat those anymore. Need to be sneaky to get her to eat them, loves zucchini muffins.
- saying more words (cool, squeaky, mermaid, truck, splash, shopping, cupcake) and started saying small phrases
- still says what sounds like "agua" for water
- wearing size 6 shoes and 24 months/2T
